Payment for representation in the degrees of jurisdiction is made in one of the following ways:

1. signing the contract, the customer  pays the initial  settled sum of money, after which every sitting of the court is to be paid for separately
2. the fees  are to be paid exclusively for the hours, depending upon the time spent
3. the payment of the fees is to be settled in the form of interest rate from the value of the action
