Hourly Pay as a rule, is used in cases when it is impossible to determine the number of hours necessary for legal assistance at the moment when the contract is signed.

In the course of carrying out the works, the Lawyer informs the Customer about the works fulfilled and their cost. At the same time the parties may agree upon the minimum or maximum limits of the fees.

The cost of an hour of the Lawyer’s work is 50 Euros (VAT is not applied).

For certain works, when the Lawyer can forecast the number of hours necessary to fulfill the work, the parties may decide upon a settled amount of money indicated in the contract as the fees.
